1. Subscription Billing

1.1. Automatic Renewal

Our services are offered on a subscription basis (monthly or annual). By purchasing a subscription, you authorize us to charge your designated payment method on a recurring basis (e.g., every month or every year) until you cancel the service.

1.2. Pricing Changes

We reserve the right to change our prices at any time. Price changes will take effect at the start of your next billing cycle following the price change. We will provide reasonable advance notice of any price changes.

2. Cancellation Policy

2.1. How to Cancel

You can cancel your subscription at any time through your account management dashboard. Look for the "Billing" or "Subscriptions" section within your logged-in portal.

2.2. Effect of Cancellation

When you cancel, your subscription will remain active until the end of your current paid billing period. We will not issue a refund for the remaining time, but you will not be charged again for the next cycle. Access to the service will cease on the final day of the paid term.

3. Refund Policy

3.2. Subsequent Payments (Renewals)

**Refunds are NOT provided for renewal payments.** Once a monthly or annual subscription has automatically renewed, the payment is non-refundable. You are responsible for canceling your subscription before the renewal date if you do not wish to be charged.

3.3. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund under the 30-day guarantee, please contact our support team at support@wpsitegrid.com with your account email and the reason for the request. Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
